At DriverFly, we create technology that enhances the commercial truck driver recruiting process between drivers and motor carriers across the US. From sourcing to hiring to onboarding to ongoing employee management, our technology leverages automation & integrations to minimize communication gaps and maximize reach, engagement, and ultimately-- satisfaction.



What Is Auto Recruiting?



DriverFly's Auto Recruiting is a brand new automated sourcing solution to get you access to driver talent on a recurring basis that you might otherwise be unable to reach. These are drivers who are:

  • Qualified
  • Interested in your role
  • Have filled out the full driver application for your company.



Where do applicants come from?

The applicants you receive are sourced from:

  • Unfit candidates provided by consenting motor carriers within our network (ex: driver has 1 year of experience but MC's insurance requires 2 years, company driver applying for owner operator position, etc)
  • Our in-house recruiters
  • Recruiting partnerships


Automated Recruiting



  1. Drivers are sourced within our internal system and network based on match criteria
  2. Qualifying drivers are contacted explicitly about your job offer
  3. Our automated system works with the driver to pull their full application and make the proper modifications necessary for submission
  4. Applications are then delivered to you via email and/or through your software system of choice via API


What To Expect



  • The pilot will last for 3 months.
  • The pilot will be free during the first 2 months. During the last month, we will establish a discounted rate (see below) which you will continue to receive through the first year.
  • The pilot will require nominal effort on your end:
    • We may ask for access to your current job listings (if not already publicly accessible & up to date).
    • Applications from qualified drivers will be sent via emailed PDF (also accessible through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) should you choose to use).
    • Applicant data will eventually be fed directly into your own ATS. To achieve this, we may require access to your ATS's API documentation or your support in getting that information from your provider.
    • As a participant, you will notify us of any bugs and feature improvements you encounter.
    • You will notify us when applicants are hired (we will also send out monthly inquiry reminders).
  • Estimated applicants should start off at 1 to 2 per week then scale up to ~20/wk within 4 months.
